About Us
Built by Colorado. Built for Colorado.
Locally owned and operated, licensed and insured — with over 50 years of combined experience transforming outdoor spaces across the Front Range.
Our Story
Colorado Roots, Craftsman Standards
Yardage Outdoor Living was founded by a team of outdoor living specialists who collectively bring over 50 years of hands-on experience in construction and design. We're a Colorado company through and through — locally owned, locally operated, and deeply invested in the communities we serve.
From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: deliver exceptional outdoor living spaces with the quality and personal attention that only a locally owned business can provide. We work directly with every homeowner from the first consultation through the final walkthrough, ensuring the process is smooth, transparent, and built around your vision.
We're fully licensed and insured, and every project — whether it's a backyard patio, a custom pergola, or a full landscape transformation — is handled by craftsmen who take pride in their work.
Why Choose Us
The Yardage Difference
50+ Years Combined Experience
Our team brings decades of specialized expertise across every discipline — from carpentry and concrete to landscape design and masonry. You get seasoned professionals on every job.
Locally Owned & Operated
We're your neighbors. As a Colorado-based company, we're invested in the quality of our work and the reputation we build in our own community — not a franchise answering to a corporate office.
Licensed & Insured
Every project is fully covered. Our licensing and insurance protect you and your property, giving you complete peace of mind from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
One Team, Every Trade
We handle everything in-house — landscape, hardscape, concrete, pergolas, patios, masonry, and more. No subcontractor juggling, no communication gaps, just one accountable team.
Personal Attention on Every Project
You'll work directly with our team throughout the entire process. We walk you through material choices, timelines, and what to expect during construction — no surprises.
Competitive Local Pricing
Because we're locally owned and operate lean, we can offer the quality of a large contractor at pricing that reflects our commitment to the community we call home.
